WEEKLY Food Distributions + Pantry Check Instagram for Weekly Sites + Times
So What Else - Baltimore is the Baltimore chapter of the larger So What Else Helps organization. So What Else - Baltimore hosts a Food Rescue Bank that provides mobile food distributions in different areas around Baltimore. Currently, the chapter hosts more than 28 distributions, deliveries and drop-offs around the city.
Tuesdays
- 10:30AM: The Food Project, 424 S. Pulaski St
- 12:00PM: Sandtown Distribution, Lot at Riggs Ave and N. Stricker St. (Kindness Connected providing clothes at this site)
Wednesdays
- 10:30AM: St. Francis Neighborhood Center, 2405 Linden Ave
- 12:00PM: Umar Boxing, 1217 W North Ave
- 1:00PM: Thread at Touchpoint, 2401 Liberty Heights Ave (bi-weekly, 1st/3rd/5th Weds.)
- 2:00PM: North Ave Mission - Y Not Lot, 4 W North Ave (for clients of partner only, bi-weekly, 2nd/4th Weds.)
Thursdays
- 10:30AM: The Food Project, 424 S Pulaski St
- 11:00AM: City Place on the Avenue, 610 Pennsylvania Ave
- 12:00PM: EastView Communities, 906 N Caroline St

- 1st Tuesday at 2:00PM: Holabird Academy, 1500 Imla St (for clients of partner only)
- 2nd Tuesday at 2:00PM: Dreamworks CDC, 3903 W Belvedere Ave (Family Dollar Parking Lot)
- 3rd Tuesday (no set time): Soccer Without Borders, 3700 Easter Ave (for clients of partner only)
- 4th Tuesday at 1:30PM: Frederick Elementary School, 2501 Frederick Ave (for clients of partner only)
- Last Saturday at 2:00PM: United in Christ Church, 3401 Old York Road
- Weekly Food Support: Feeding the Flock, 5801 Harford Rd, Distributes every Tuesday from 9:00AM - 11:30AM, call 410-206-8436.

Release Community Outreach
FREE Food Distribution Every Friday, 11AM - 1PM | 2900 Liberty Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215.
Release Community Outreach is a Baltimore-based non-profit focused on providing resources and support to help reduce recidivism. Release provides the following services: Job Placement, Housing Assistance, Life Coaching/Mentoring and Mental Health Support.
Stop by on Fridays for fresh produce, dairy, eggs, meat and non-perishables. Please note that inventory may vary depending on the week and time.

Baltimore Safe Haven
Trans-Led Wellness Center WEEKLY Clinic (insurance required), Drop-In Center and Mobile Outreach
Baltimore Safe Haven is the only trans-led drop-in wellness center in Baltimore. Per the Baltimore Safe Haven website, it is “…committed to empowering TLGBQ individuals in Baltimore City who are navigating survival modes by providing inclusive and supportive spaces, resources, and opportunities” (Source: Baltimore Safe Haven, 2024).
The organization provides a variety of resources including its Drop-In Center, Transitional Housing, Mobile Outreach, Community Engagement, Housing Support, Health Services, Legal Support, Policy & Advocacy, Workforce Development and other resources.
Baltimore Safe Haven has a Weekly Clinic providing the following testing:
- Hormone Therapy
- Prep & Injectable Prep
- Doxy Prep
- STD Testing & Treatment
- Substance Use Treatment

Open Works Free Monthly Community Events
Open Works is a non-profit committed to providing Makerspace and resources to Baltimore’s maker professionals.
It is hosting FREE monthly community events: Quilt Club, Art Night and Game Night. An Open Works membership is not required.

Catherine’s Family and Youth Services (CYFS) is a non-profit primarily focused on providing resources and improving the lives of residents in Northwest Baltimore. CFYS builds strong community relationships and hosts it's Food Pantry & Diaper Hub every month - along with emergency food and diaper pickups.
CFYS will give away food and diapers while supplies last! Per CFYS: Registration is REQUIRED and begins TWO hours before the giveaway. CFYS recommends that you bring your own bag/cart, water and chair to prepare to wait in line outdoors. Arrange a ride prior to coming. Parking is allowed along the gate, but you will have to park on the street once spots are filled.

Tammy’s Angels is a Baltimore-based organization “…dedicated to providing support and resources to those experiencing poverty and homelessness in Baltimore, MD” (Source: Tammy’s Angels, 2024).
Its mission is to “…empower individuals and families to overcome the barriers that prevent them from achieving stability and self-sufficiency through housing and income assistance, academic support, job placement, health and wellness, and social inclusion activities” (Source: Tammy’s Angels, 2024).

The Enoch Pratt Free Library is Baltimore's public library system that offers a variety of resources for Baltimore residents.
The Pratt Library offers books, podcasts, access to chromebooks and laptops, meeting rooms, and a variety of social services - COVID-19 kits, Passport Services, free lawyers, housing navigators, and much more (Source: Enoch Pratt Free Library, 2024).
